It's going to be a long post, folks. Read at your own risk.
Awards Season is always one of my favorite times of the year. I love staying up late on those fateful Sunday nights and anticipating the tension filled suspense as the host for that category opens that life changing (or not so much in Meryl Streep's case) envelope.
So I will present my somewhat researched and semi biased predictions of who will win. Like IndieWire, I will have a Will Win, Could Win, Should Win, and Shoulda Been Here Category for most of the categories.
Then, I will post my own critiques for the nominated movies later on, because I found a site that posts these movies for free. Most of the time I'd do it myself, but around 8th grade or so I got lazy with the movie pirating. BUT I SHALL CRITIQUE THEM, I PROMISE YOU THAT.
Well then, let's get started!

Best Picture
THE NOMINEES:
American Sniper
Boyhood
Birdman or the Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance
The Grand Budapest Hotel
The Imitation Game
Selma
The Theory of Everything
Whiplash
WILL WIN: Boyhood
COULD WIN: Selma
SHOULD WIN: Boyhood (Come on, 12 years of work deserves an Oscar)
SHOULDA BEEN HERE: Nightcrawler
I've honestly only watched one of these movies (The Theory of Everything), but while that movie is outstanding (review coming soon), I'm trying to stick to statistics as much as possible. Boyhood is going to wipe the floor in this category.

Best Director
THE NOMINEES:
Alejandro González Iñárritu, "Birdman"
Richard Linklater, "Boyhood"
Bennett Miller, "Foxcatcher"
Wes Anderson, "The Grand Budapest Hotel"
Morten Tydlum, "The Imitation Game"
WILL WIN: Richard Linklater, "Boyhood"
COULD WIN: Alejandro González Iñárritu, "Birdman"
SHOULD WIN: Richard Linklater, "Boyhood"
SHOULDA BEEN HERE: Ava DuVernay, "Selma"
First of all,
Not Classy, Academy. Ava deserved this nomination, not the snub.
Secondly, I'm pretty sure it's clear that "Boyhood" is going to win BIG this year. At least that's what the critics and I believe.
WES ANDERSON. I've always had a soft spot for the guy. More on that later, during the screenplay section where I can rant more conveniently.

Best Actor
THE NOMINEES:
Steve Carell, "Foxcatcher"
Bradley Cooper, "American Sniper"
Benedict Cumberbatch, "The Imitation Game"
Michael Keaton, "Birdman"
Eddie Redmayne, "The Theory of Everything"
WILL WIN: Eddie Redmayne, "The Theory of Everything"
COULD WIN: Michael Keaton, "Birdman"
SHOULD WIN: Eddie Redmayne, "The Theory of Everything"
SHOULDA BEEN HERE: Jake Gyllenhaal, "Nightcrawler"
I have to disagree with the critics here. While they say that Michael Keaton is going to win, and that Redmayne is a close second, I don't believe that's the case.
Acting is all about expressing one's character through movement. Eddie Redmayne, however, becomes more and more restricted, movement wise, throughout this film, which eventually leads to the point that he can only use his eyes.
If you look at Daniel Day Lewis's first Oscar win, for "My Left Foot," he is also greatly restricted, yet does an amazing job with his role.
The Oscars eat that stuff up. In my honest opinion, Redmayne is going to win with a landslide.
I also want to point out that he is quite handsome off set.

JUST LOOK AT THAT FACE. THAT DESERVES AN OSCAR RIGHT THERE.
Best Actress
THE NOMINEES:
Marion Cotillard, "Two Days, One Night"
Felicity Jones, "The Theory of Everything"
Julianne Moore, "Still Alice"
Rosamund Pike, "Gone Girl"
Reese Witherspoon, "Wild"
WILL WIN: Julianne Moore, "Still Alice"
COULD WIN: Reese Witherspoon, "Wild"
SHOULD WIN: Felicity Jones, "The Theory of Everything"
SHOULDA BEEN HERE: Jennifer Aniston, "Cake"
I don't have much to say on the Best Actress category. The odds are clearly in Moore's favor, and although I said Witherspoon could win, it's a small chance.
However, Aniston should have been nominated for portraying a woman with chronic pain.
I live with chronic pain each day. It's unbearable. I watched the movie, and it is somewhat accurate. In addition, Aniston won the Globe. It was surprising that she didn't receive a nomination, with the Academy choosing Marion Cotillard in her stead.

Best Supporting Actor
THE NOMINEES:
Robert Duvall, "The Judge"
Ethan Hawke, "Boyhood"
Edward Norton, "Birdman"
Mark Ruffalo, "Foxcatcher"
J.K. Simmons, "Whiplash"
WILL WIN: J.K. Simmons, "Whiplash"
COULD WIN: Edward Norton, "Birdman"
SHOULD WIN: J.K. Simmons, "Whiplash"
SHOULDA BEEN HERE: Josh Brolin, "Inherent Vice"
No comment. I don't really care much for the Supporting Actor Nominees this year.

Best Supporting Actress
THE NOMINEES:
Patricia Arquette, "Boyhood"
Laura Dern, "Wild"
Keira Knightley, "The Imitation Game"
Emma Stone, "Birdman"
Meryl Streep, "Into the Woods"
WILL WIN: Patricia Arquette, "Boyhood"

SHOULDA BEEN HERE: Tilda Swinton, "Snowpiercer"
Sorry, Meryl. The odds aren't in your favor.
I actually really like Emma Stone and Keira Knightley as actresses, and I've watched a lot of their movies. If it had been a different year, without "Boyhood," Emma and Kiera would probably have been the two frontrunners.
I'm still gunning for one of the two to win, but it seems somewhat obvious that Arquette is going to win this time around.

Best Animated Feature

"Song of the Sea"
"The Tale of the Princess Kaguya"
WILL WIN: Big Hero 6
COULD WIN: How to Train Your Dragon 2
SHOULD WIN: The LEGO Movie
SHOULDA BEEN HERE: The LEGO Movie
The LEGO Movie did not deserve this snub. I demand a recount!
- And that's all for today, folks! Part II of my Biased Predictions will come sometime this weekend, and the movie critique at around the same time.
Thanks!
